Nares, Dr William (d 1783)

'Brother of Judge Nares, appointed in 1758 one of the organists of the Chapel Royal, and some years after Master of the children. He died in 1783. He composed Anthems, Voluntaries, and Psalm-tunes.' ()Psalmo-Doxologia
