Eugenio (fl. 1807)

The unpaginated introduction of Church Harmony sacred to Devotion, published in 1760 in London, includes a poetic ode to the compiler, Joseph Stephenson, signed by one 'Eugenius'. If this is the same as the present composer, he had a long life. (Francis Roads)

1757 The divine concert (P164); 11 new FTs. Only known copy in Library of Congress, though a manuscript book used in Bourne and Corby Glen, Lincs., contains a fair chunk of the anthems from it (Lincolnshire Archives).
