The original from which this facsimile was prepared was provided by The Colchester Institute, and arranged by Christopher Turner.
In producing this facsimile, each page was scanned into Adobe Photoshop as a greyscale image, cropped to include just the printed portion, adjusted to maximise contrast between print and background, then saved as a black and white image. Each image was rotated as necessary so that as much of the text as possible was horizontal (the variations are in the original). The images were then stitched together in book form in Adobe Pagemaker using a consistent top margin.
The book was originally published in 1999.
